Welcome to our Pre-Order Collection! We are so excited to bring you unique, high-quality styles that aren't always available through our regular inventory.

How Pre-Orders Work

A pre-order means the item is not currently in stock and is ordered directly from our vendor after the pre-order closes. This allows us to offer a wider variety of styles, prints, and exclusive collections for your little ones.

What You Need to Know

🌿 Each Pre-Order (PO) will have its own album.
Every album contains a specific collection or release.

🌿 Closing Date
Each album will have a posted closing date. Orders must be submitted before the closing date to be included in that purchase order.

🌿 ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival)
Each album will also include an ETA date. Please note that ETAs are estimates provided by the manufacturer and can occasionally change due to production delays, shipping delays, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

🌿 Payment
Payment is due at the time your order is placed unless otherwise stated.

🌿 No Cancellations
Because items are ordered specifically for our customers, pre-orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded once the order has been submitted.

🌿 Shipping & Pickup
As soon as your items arrive and are processed, you will receive notification that your order is ready for pickup or has shipped.

Important Reminder

Pre-orders require patience, but they are often the best way to snag limited-edition prints, seasonal collections, and boutique styles before they sell out. We will always do our best to keep you updated throughout the process and communicate any changes to ETAs as soon as we receive them.
